Mild acne, maybe 1 pimple once a week (that lasts for that week! then a new one comes!)


I recently got 3 pimples at once! I'm afraid I'm going to end up with severe acne,


I have dry but oily skin, its like the skin is dry, but the oil sits on top of the dry skin. (If that makes sense sorry!)


My nose and around my mouth are where my skin is dry, my cheeks and forehead have smooth supple skin.

There are a few regimes out there right now on the market at the drug store. Go and look and find one with some steps.


Also be sure you do them twice a day. Without fail.


Before doing them add a hot wash cloth to your face, repeat and heat in micro for double warmth to draw the dirt to the surface. For the black heads - after you wash them gently push your nose upward (GENTLY)





Find a good acne mask once a week


and exfoliate twice a week (acne or black head)
Go to Wal-Mart and get a acne system called Acne-Stop or something to that effect. Its in orange bottles and works WONDERS!
well i am a cosmetic and Vichy is perfect for teenager or Biotherm would be good too... i use it and it works and the price is not too expensive..it is affordable. plus it doesnt ruin your skin..
