Please don't rub tomatoes on your skin! Most likely all that will happen is your skin will become irritated from the acid in the tomatoes. There is no eveidence to support the claim of tomatoes helping with black heads but there is plenty of research supporting salicylic acid in helping to get rid of and preventing blackheads. Try a product with 2% salicylic acid as the active ingredient and consider seeing an esthetician who can extract your blackheads.Does rubbing tomatoes on the skin get rid of blackheads? If so, how often must you do it and how?
