How to get rid of under the skin blackheads?

I have a few under the skin black heads around my nose and the doc just said to squeeze them out but they aren't coming out, please helpHow to get rid of under the skin blackheads?
Your doc is absolutely correct on this. No cream out there is going to help you magically dissolve the blackheads unless you squeeze them out with your fingers. I think the reason your blackheads aren't coming out when you squeeze them is probably because you are not doing it the right way.





Firstly, it helps A LOT if you wet your nose with a hot towel before doing anything--simply apply the towel on your nose for 10 seconds. Then use your two index fingers to squeeze the blackheads on your bridge and tip out. When you do the sides, put one thumb inside your nose to support it while using your other index finger to squeeze the blackheads out. Go see a dermatologist, they can give a peel and suction.


Never ever prick your acne or blackheads. Pricking can damage the skin tissue and it'll leave you with black scar/spots.
Wash your hands first.


then take a bar of soap and rub it in real good.


Let it set. Then wash your face. swipe with a little alcohol


Do this for a week. It will clear up pretty quickly.





I can't see a doctor saying to squeeze the out. That leaves scars.


I can see washing your hands and putting pressure with two


fingers (no nails!) and trying to pressure them up or buy one of


those blackhead removers......it looks like a tweer but it has a


hole in the middle....any thing else will leave nasty scars.





and remember. don't put your hand in your face unless they are


washed.
