I have never tried this but have heard that you can use elmers glue (not super glue) let it dry and then peel it off. Out come the blackheads with the peel. Since you have sensitive skin, try it on a very small area to see how your skin reacts before spreading a large amount on your skin.

My advice...Stop the breakouts and use something that is actually good for your skin. I have been using Nu Skin Clear Action庐 and it doesn't compare to any other.
