Why does the oil produced from our skin turn black (blackheads) while other types of oil doesn't change colour?

Like I never see vegetable oil change from yellow into black...so why does the oil produced from our skin changes from yellow into black? Why does the oil produced from our skin turn black (blackheads) while other types of oil doesn't change colour?
because the oil in your blackheads gets mixed with a protein called keratin, which is a tough fiber material that holds your skin together. keratin darkens as it reacts with air. so it is not the oil that is becoming black, its the keratin. Why does the oil produced from our skin turn black (blackheads) while other types of oil doesn't change colour?
The black is actually dirt.
