What's the best thing to minimise pores and rid your skin of blackheads?

What is the best thing/product/method to get rid of blackheads around the nose and mouth area (i get really tiny ones around the corners of my mouth) and also minimize/cleanse pores? i seem to get big pores that have stuff :(
