Eventually you should visit your doctor or dermatologist, because they can recommend the treatment that would work best with your skin.
but for now you might want to try some kind of inexpensive cleanser from your local drugstore (nutrogena products work well for me).
Also, you can boil a pot of water, put your head above it and a towel covering your head and the pot to trap the steam in--its like your own personal steam/spa treatment to open up your pores.
