Is it safe to put toothpaste on my skin for blackheads?

I've been looking for ideas to get rid of blackheads I've just put some toothpaste on my nose to help get rid of them, but i'm feeling this awful burning . is there any other kinda homemade stuff I could use on it ?

Does toothpaste work?Is it safe to put toothpaste on my skin for blackheads?
I just answered a question of the same type, so I'll just copy %26amp; paste it here. Don't use toothpaste, as you already felt it dries out and irritates the skin. Some tips that don't do that:

1. Get some fresh milk and bring it gently to a boil. Add the juice from a single lime, and gently wash the affected area. Make sure that the milk is cool enough to avoid doing any damage to your skin.

2. Get a leafy mango from your local grocery store. Boil it in some water and after it cools, rub it gently on your shoulders.

3. If you are suffering from whiteheads, you should try a raw potato. Cut it in half and lightly scrub the area with it. You can also try a papaya if available. :)Is it safe to put toothpaste on my skin for blackheads?
